CADDbert is my nom de plume, (my pen name) an abbreviation for Computer Aided Design and Drafting, (it's what I do) and bert to pay homage to the cartoon character, Dilbert. Formerly known as the Crap Cleaner, this program does a great job of scrubbing your hard drive clean of temp files.
Excellent cd ripping software. Steve Gibson has just released his latest aid to internet security. Check the security of your Firewall with LeakTest. If you're looking for a good MP3 player, give Winamp a spin. You might be pleasantly surprised. Goldwave is a great audio editing tool, I use it to edit most of my sound files. You can save a wav file into almost any other sound format including MP3. The Easy Cleaner is a great little application not only because it is FREE, but also because it will clean out your Registry of unused entries and make your computer Boot faster. Don't be concerned, I have used it hundreds of times with flawless performance. However I recommend only using the Registry Cleaner function! I cannot substantiate any of the other "Cleaning" functions. |
